It's impossible to offer a guarantee that nothing can or will go wrong. We won't pretend otherwise. Vehicle electronics are complex. What we will do though is provide you with piece of mind that if anything does go wrong, we will support you and do everything we can to ensure your vehicle is cared for as if it were our own.
Our aftercare is second to none, and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with any work we carry out on your pride and joy.
Any failure related to our workmanship, your ECU whilst it is under our care and control, or the software we install will be fully covered by our guarantee.
Engine and transmission reliability is paramount to us, but we can't and don't offer a full guarantee on every component on your vehicle. It's impossible to know if failure of a specific component would occur as a result of remapping or if failure would occur irrespective of any tuning.
Tuning does put additional strain on your vehicles engine and transmission components. We will strive to deliver the results you ask for and will ordinarily tune to within manufacturers safe limits and will always advise if any specific tuning you request may potentially exceed those limits. The choices thereafter will be yours but we will always give the best advice we can to ensure you get the best results.
Our guarantee is that your ECU is safe whilst we are performing our procedures on it, that our software, and our workmanship is 100% reliable, and that if you are unhappy for any reason within 14 days, we will return your ECU software to its previous state and refund your money in full, no questions asked.
